High Tensile Steel Description
High Tensile Strength Steel is a low alloy steel with high tensile
strength and yield strength,can be able to withstand great stress
without breaking or deforming,and its yield strength ranges between
30-80 ksi (210-550 MPa) and a tensile strength between 40-100 ksi
(270 to 700 MPa).
High strength steel has a higher tensile strength than carbon steel
by regulating the chemical content and manufacturing process of the
steel. Tensile strength is a measure of the steel ability to resist
breaking during stretching. High strength steel designed with a
composition of manganese, silicon, chromium, nickel with other
small amount alloys,to enhance the strength and other mechanical
properties.
