Stainless Steel Pipe Description
High Pressure Stainless Steel Tubing is a key component of piping
systems used to withstand high-pressure liquids or gases. It is
made of stainless steel material, has excellent pressure resistance
and corrosion resistance, and is often used in industrial fields
that require high reliability and safety.
High-pressure stainless steel pipes are usually made of
high-quality stainless steel materials, such as 316 stainless
steel, 304 stainless steel, etc.,have excellent corrosion
resistance and mechanical properties and perform well in
high-pressure environments.
The process of manufacturing high-pressure ss pipes includes cold
drawn, cold rolled, cold extrusion and other processes to ensure
the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the pipes. The ends
of steel pipes are usually welded or flanged to ensure tightness
and structural strength.
We offer our range of stainless-steel tube (or pipe, pole, piping,
tubing, as it is also often referred to as) in steel grades 304 and
316.
Grade 304 is the most used standard grade has good corrosion resistance and
good machinability.
316 Grade has much better corrosion resistance and is the grade recommended
for marine environments or coastal applications,also known as
"marine grade"
