NM500Tuf abrasion wear-resistant steel plate is a kind of special
steel plate developed by Nippon Sumitomo Metal through years of
research and development, which has excellent wear resistance and
is widely used in various industrial sectors.
NM500Tuf abrasion wear-resistant steel plate has a very good
overall performance, with an average hardness of up to 370HBW and a
service life of more than twice that of ordinary wear-resistant
steel plate of the same thickness. This steel plate can also be
used as a cutting and grinding tool, which can improve processing
efficiency and reduce overall processing costs.
NM500Tuf abrasion wear-resistant steel plate is specially designed
for applications involving heavy abrasion and impact conditions,
such as surface mining, bulk material conveying, dump truck in
quarries and surface transportation, and chutes, hoppers, and
crushers in the cement industry. Additionally, this abrasion
wear-resistant steel plate is also used in certain engineering
machinery, such as material handling, coal conveying, and slag
processing, as well as in mineral processing operations such as
coal washing, power generation, and desulfurization.
NM500Tuf abrasion wear-resistant steel plate can be quite
effectively used in highly abrasive and impact conditions, which is
mainly due to its high carbon and low alloy content. This steel
plate also has a plurality of rigorous alloy additions, such as
boron and elements, which are used to improve the corrosion
resistance of the steel. This steel plate also has multiple heat
